Asst. Prof. Kathleen N. Cruzada is a Registered Nutritionist-dietitian and a Licensed Teacher. She worked as a Nutritionist-Dietitian in Pinnacle Health Pointe and Abbott Laboratories Philippines, a consultant for the Market Research Team of Growers’ Nutribar and a Nutritionist-speaker for United American Pharmaceuticals in 2022-2023 . Currently, she is the Chair of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the ¾ÅÉ«. She finished her B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics degree from the ¾ÅÉ« and Master of Education in Health Education at the Philippine Normal University. She also completed a degree in Master of Public Health International from the ¾ÅÉ« Faculty of Medicine and Surgery under the Full Scholarship. Additionally, she finished with the distinction rank her Postgraduate study in International Health at the University of Leeds, United Kingdom, under the British Council and CHED Transnational Education Scholarship. In professional organizations, she is a member of the Nutritionist-Dietitians’ Association of the Philippines, the Nutrition Foundation of the Philippines, and Board Member of the Council of Deans and Heads of Nutrition and Dietetics. Apart from teaching, she is also a resource speaker and a panelist for Public Health Nutrition and Food and Nutrition for lay and health professionals
